Charting Careers received a $20,000 grant from AAWGT to provide long-term mentoring plus educational and family partnership support for over 50 young people and their families. Their goal is to break the cycle of poverty and inequity for Black and Latino youth in Annapolis with a mentor-focused approach that beings with tutoring in reading and continues in later years with college and career guidance.
